The Digital Growth Hacker position is the first of its kind in Singapore, where you will be exposed to business principles integrated with digital marketing skills under the mentorship of a senior growth hacker.

Job Synopsis: You will be tasked with starting and growing a brand-new ecommerce business from scratch with our guidance. Both Fresh Grads and Professionals are welcome! Working hours are flexible.

Job Description
 

Phase 1: Growth Hacking Bootcamp (3 Months)


You will be attached under a mentor who has experience scaling and building businesses.

You will work directly with your mentor to learn drag-and-drop website design, basic photoshop, how to run Facebook & Instagram ads, SEM, SEO, marketing strategy & much more.

Crash courses on ROI, performance psychology, financial and mathematical modeling will be given to ensure you learn as fast as possible.

You will be given a brand new project to work on, and under the mentorship, bring it to a 7-figure revenue within 6 months.

Phase 2: Rapid Scaling (3-6 Months)

 

You will likely start pushing multiple aspects of the business by now – including being in charge of scheduling photo and video-shoots, the operations, etc. – as any business CEO would do.

You will likely take on more projects and expand your team to manage them. You will be allowed to bring people onto the team (with skills that complement yours), you will hold interviews and select & groom your team.

You will also expand your businesses overseas using our existing infrastructure to tap on other large markets.

No 2 days are the same when you are competing in different industries across different countries.

During this phase, the aim is to bring the business to a 7-figure revenue within 6 months.

Phase 3: Spreading Your Wings (6 months onwards)

Depending on the performance of your businesses, we might explore different avenues to further expand the business. Most of our businesses hit 8-figures within a year. 

If you’re someone that’s a self-starter, depending on your performance, you might be given the option to co-launch a business, leverage on our resources and co-own it with us, opening the path to total creativity, ownership and unlimited earnings.

  • Graduate from the top 3 Unis: NUS, SMU & NTU
  • Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges

Salary

  • Base Salary of 5k will be provided
  • Unique Profit Share Incentives
  • Extremely high performers have been given bonuses exceeding 20k SGD per month
